Hey guys!

There is an event on this Sat, 27 June 2009, and we're inviting all AMS students to come.

Below are the details
Event Name : Singapore Space Challenge - Award Ceremony
Date : Sat, 27 June 2009
Location : Singapore Science Centre Annexe Building
Meeting Time : 0920 at Singapore Science Centre Annexe Building
End Time : 1200 at Singapore Science Centre Annexe Building
Dress Code : Formal Attire
SEAL POINTS : YES

Our team last year, comprising of current Y3s, won the competition.
This year, we have a Y2 team running in the competition.

We hope you can give them your support at the award ceremony and perhaps get to know more about this competition as we would be participating in it again next year.

!!!SEE THIS!!! There will be a bus chartered both ways from TP to Singapore Science Centre.

If u might be interested pls inform me by mail by msg by calling by anything asap. Its like this Saturday u know.. haha. Thus, i can know how many people is going so that i can make arrangements for u guys... :D

1) Our 2nd class sports outing:
Date: 1st July 2009 Wednesday
Time: 4pm~
Venue: Basketball Court
Game: Basketball/netball/monkey etc etc (CANCELLED DUE TO AYG BOOKING ALL THE COURTS ~.~)

2) Class outing!
Date: 3rd July 2009 Friday
Time: After class
Venue: TBA
Activities: Movie, Dinner
The movie is most likely going to be TRANSFORMERS!!!!!!
(Movie to watch is still open for suggestions)
Others: Ice Age 3

3) Class overseas trip
Venue: Bangkok, Thailand
Date, Time, costs: TBA (Delayed due to H1N1)

All above events are tentative and pending!
Events 1 and 2 are likely to be finalised this weekend, after our wretched assignments are off our mind, body and soul ~.~ so hold your horses and await good news!

Ok... after having HALAL consults we have 6 choices, i noe the choices are kinda common but we have to think about our muslim friends ^^

The following choices are all HALAL...

5) BBQ at east coast park

7) cannot make it

This thing will be held next week and i want to know whether when u are not free

Hello guys and gals, cool , my 1st post on blog

Btw here's some important things to inform everyone:

1. There'll be a 10mins briefing at the flight stimulator by either farid or cyrano, so pls be punctual, report at least 15 mins earlier than ur allocated time slot

2. Transport will be provided for the 9am group at 8am only

3. For the later groups, transport is not provided, report at flight stimulator 15 mins earlier (beside singapore flyer)

4. Recommended by farid, go visit the website to know more about the flight controls
We'll be flying on an B737 new generation plane
Website: www.airliner.net/ （search for the pictures of control column on google too)

Extra information:

-1 person at a time for the flight stimulation thing, 1 pax at the left , 2 pax seated at the back, cyrano or farid is at the right, so decide who's first,second and third to go to avoid time wastage

-for ppl shorter than 1.62m, there might be some prob coz the seat is adjustable to certain limit only, and must ensure that the legs are stepping on the pedals , drink more milk during the weekends :)


Remember we've spent 55 bucks on it, so pay attention and learnt as much as u can
